Markegard Family Grass Fed provides locally born, raised and processed grass-fed cattle to restaurants and individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are located in the coastal Santa Cruz Mountains, South of San Francisco about 50 miles.
 
Please contact us if you have any belted galloway heifers or cows for sale.   We are looking to build our herd to provide our customers with a high quality product that is raised sustainable and humane.  We are working on building a good herd of belted galloways using a sustainable business model.  We are looking for the quality of meat that comes with the breed, not the markings, so we are not picky about the color or registrar.
